Well this is what I went for on my first calorie counting trip to Tescos.
- Tuna Steaks
- Salmon Fillets
- Burgen Bread
- 2 bottles white wine
- 2 bottles Bulmers
- 1 whole mackerel
- 8 tins of tuna in spring water
- Loads of water
- Tuna with Vegetables (says this is new on the tin)
- Spinach, rocket, watercress
- Organic potatoes
- Organic bananas
- Garlic
- Chilli
I have NO IDEA why I bought the mackerel - I’ve never had it and it doesn’t look particularly appetising. I think it was a knee jerk reaction to to the fishmongers question of “is that all?”. Theres a couple of slip ups in there suh as the alcohol but as I figured I’m in it for the long haul I can do that. Bonus!
