Well this is what I went for on my first calorie counting trip to Tescos.

  • Tuna Steaks
  • Salmon Fillets
  • Burgen Bread
  • 2 bottles white wine
  • 2 bottles Bulmers
  • 1 whole mackerel
  • 8 tins of tuna in spring water
  • Loads of water
  • Tuna with Vegetables (says this is new on the tin)
  • Spinach, rocket, watercress
  • Organic potatoes
  • Organic bananas
  • Garlic
  • Chilli

I have NO IDEA why I bought the mackerel - I’ve never had it and it doesn’t look particularly appetising. I think it was a knee jerk reaction to to the fishmongers question of “is that all?”. Theres a couple of slip ups in there suh as the alcohol but as I figured I’m in it for the long haul I can do that. Bonus!
