So I have just returned from the Lighterlife introduction session. It was just me and two women there. The counseller was very nice and also used to be a chunk, which she isn’t now so that was a bit of a motivator.

We had to sit in a room and watch a DVD. I was slightly worried that it would brainwash us and I’d end up in a cult or something. Anyway it didn’t. It also wasn’t too cheesy a DVD and showed some good fat loss stories.

The diet seems ideal for me and I’m going to go with it. I need to go to the doctors before I begin as the weight loss is so quick and its a VLCD (Very Low Calorie Diet) consisting of 550 calories a day, so you need some kind of medical supervision.
